A practice built on depth and warmth.
Rachel Ravarra, LCSW is a behavioral health clinician, board-approved clinical supervisor, and consultant whose work is grounded in the belief that meaningful care requires both clinical depth and system-level clarity. Through Aligned Behavioral Health & Consulting, she supports individuals navigating trauma, complexity, and life transitions, while also working with clinicians and organizations to strengthen care delivery, reduce barriers, and improve outcomes across systems of care.
Rachel’s clinical work is rooted in a trauma-informed, client-centered approach that helps people reconnect with themselves during difficult times. She specializes in supporting women, gender-diverse, and neurodivergent individuals, and her practice integrates evidence-based care with a deep respect for identity, dignity, and self-understanding. Her approach draws from DBT, mindfulness, attachment theory, and strengths-based interventions, always paced in a way that honors each person’s lived experience.
Alongside her direct clinical work, Rachel provides clinical supervision, consultation, and systems-focused support to clinicians and organizations seeking greater clarity, sustainability, and alignment in the way care is delivered. Her leadership is informed by formal graduate training in organizational leadership, advanced integrated care training as an HRSA-funded fellow, and years of experience across payer, hospital, forensic, and virtual care environments. She is especially skilled in working at the intersection of people and systems — supporting individuals, clinicians, and organizations with clarity and care.
