Who I Work With
"I work with individuals, clinicians, and organizations navigating complexity, change, and the need for more sustainable ways of delivering and receiving care."
Individuals
I work with adults navigating trauma, emotional intensity, identity challenges, and life transitions. Many of the individuals I support are highly insightful but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain how to move forward.
My areas of focus include:
- •Trauma and complex mental health experiences
- •Anxiety, mood disorders, and emotional regulation
- •Neurodivergence, including ADHD and Autism
- •Identity development and life transitions
Our work centers on building self-awareness, strengthening coping skills, and helping you stay connected to your sense of self—even in difficult moments.
Clinicians
I support clinicians who want to deepen their clinical work while also creating more sustainable and grounded ways of practicing.
This includes:
- •Clinical supervision for licensed and pre-licensed clinicians
- •Case consultation for complex or high-acuity situations
- •Support with documentation, decision-making, and risk management
- •Guidance on maintaining clarity, boundaries, and sustainability in clinical work
My approach is collaborative and grounded in real-world clinical experience, with a focus on helping clinicians feel both supported and effective in their work.
Organizations
I work with behavioral health organizations, teams, and leaders seeking to improve care delivery, strengthen systems, and support the people responsible for providing care.
Areas of support include:
- •Care coordination and workflow development
- •Improving continuity of care and patient engagement
- •Supporting teams working with high-acuity or complex populations
- •Strengthening communication, expectations, and operational clarity
My work focuses on helping organizations create systems that are not only effective, but also sustainable for both patients and staff.
